Activities
At Baunta Apartments activities are designed to do more than simply “spend” or “pass” time – the emphasis is to make time meaningful for each participating resident. The Resident Association members participate in the development of the activities calendar and, on their own, facilitate many of the day-to-day activity programs offered. CBO, Inc., the Management Company, provides an Activity Professional to help the Association in its planning process, and to facilitate some of the programs.
The goal is to address individual resident needs – some of these include, but are not limited to:
Physical and Mental Needs:
A healthy lifestyle involves physical activity and regular mental exercise. Many of our residents participate in:

Current Events Discussion Group
Computers are available in our Network Neighborhood for resident use to “Cruise the Net,” send and receive e-mail, prepare correspondence and play games.
